Registered users can create online collections, participate in auctions, engage in trades, and access guarded transportation services. Our platform also offers AI-powered recommendations for managing your assets based on market trends and other factors.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. • Plastic Precious Assets: Upon registration, users are provided with Plastic Precious assets for demonstration purposes. These assets are fictional and are not intended to represent real-world value. They are solely for the purpose of demonstrating the features of our platform and should not be valued as genuine assets.

• User-Generated Content: If you upload or submit any content to our platform, including photos, descriptions, or other information related to valuable items, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Auctions and Trades

• Participation: Registered users can participate in auctions and trades on our platform. By participating, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and guidelines, including those related to bidding, payment, and item transfer. You acknowledge that all transactions are final and binding.
• No Warranty: We do not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or value of items listed for auction or trade on our platform. You acknowledge that you participate in these activities at your own risk and that we are not liable for any disputes arising from such transactions.

7. Guarded Transportation Services

• Service Availability: We offer guarded transportation services for the secure transfer of valuable items. You must request this service in advance and comply with all applicable terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including security concerns.
• Liability: While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe transport of your items, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs during transportation. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for your items if desired.

8. Real-Time Asset Value Assessment

• Third-Party Services: Our platform provides real-time asset value assessments through third-party services, such as Forex. These assessments are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party data and encourage you to verify any information before making financial decisions.
• AI-Powered Recommendations: Our platform may offer AI-powered recommendations for managing your assets, including suggestions for placing items in auctions based on market conditions. These recommendations are generated based on algorithms and data analysis and are intended to assist you in making informed decisions. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of these recommendations, and you are solely responsible for any actions you take based on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auquin and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
